As part of a standard procedure to restore a computer to it's original working condition, our HelpDesk Staff will sometimes have to re-image your computer.

This means erasing everything on your computer and reinstalling the operating system. Of course you will want to save any files that are living on your computer that are not in Google Drive or in a Network folder.
