Printers and Copiers

Portland Public Schools has a large amount of printers and copiers. These are automatically installed on your PPS issued devices based on the location(s) you work at. We do not support the installation or support of personal printers, and do not allow them to be on the network.

Below is some basic information on the copiers we have at each school. We currently use copiers from Ricoh and the PDF's below have information about those, and some videos and guide to help you get started.
