Password Change
Password changes are required both if you are new to Portland Public Schools and for regularly changing your password to ensure privacy and security.
New staff will have received account information and a temporary password to get started. It is necessary to change this temporary password and set up some security questions in case you forget your password in the future.
Current staff should scroll to step 4 to find password requirements.
To start the password change process, visit https://my.portlandschools.org.
STEP 1 - Enter your username and if there are special characters on the bottom enter those as well and click Next.

STEP 2 - Once back at the HomePage, click the Manage My Passwords link.

STEP 3 - Enter your current password and click next.

STEP 4 - Lastly, enter a new password twice and click next. Then you will be all done and you can close the tab/window.
