Clever
Portland Schools is utilizing Clever as a portal for educational resources at the PreK - 12th grade levels and as a rostering tool for many applications like Lexia, Seesaw, Imagine Learning Classroom, and many others. In many cases these applications offer rostering integration with Infinite Campus (IC) making it such that within 24 hours after a student's start date or end date in IC, Clever will sync between IC and the application so the student automatically has access to the application in their Clever portal.
Students at these grade levels can sign into Clever using badges with a QR code on them, or with their full PPS email and password.
Staff can also use the Clever portal to access these applications but there are two ways to login as a staff member.
Teacher Clever Login (has classes in Infinite Campus)

Login with Portland Schools Google Account
select Teacher
If you are unable to login and are a staff member with classes assigned in Infinite Campus, follow the instructions below. If this still does not work, please enter a helpdesk ticket to have your account looked at.
Visit https://www.clever.com/logout to log completely out of Clever.
Log back in at https://clever.com/in/portland-public-schools with Google, and it pops up asking if you are staff or a teacher, select Teacher.
Then select the application you are trying to login to.
Non Teacher Clever Login
If you are a staff member without any classes assigned in Infinite Campus, you must login to some apps like Imagine Learning Classroom or Classify differently.

If you are unable to login, follow the instructions below. If this still does not work, please enter a helpdesk ticket to have your account looked at.

Then select the application you are trying to login to.
